• Contain or promote phishing, social engineering, or fraud schemes;
• Facilitate or promote illegal activities, including but not limited to drug trafficking, gambling, or weapons sales;
• Contain or promote counterfeit products, pirated content, or intellectual property infringement;
• Contain or promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence based on protected characteristics;
• Contain or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation;
• Contain or promote sexually explicit content intended for commercial purposes or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• Contain or promote harassment, bullying, threats, or defamation;
• Redirect to "clickjacking" or other deceptive practices intended to mislead users;
• Redirect to services designed to distribute or monetize pirated content;
• Contain misleading information designed to solicit personal information, credentials, or financial details;
• Redirect to cryptocurrency schemes, Ponzi schemes, or other financial scams;
• Violate DMCA or other copyright protection laws;
• Are designed for botnet distribution, DDoS attacks, or other cyberattacks;
• Promote email spam, SMS spam, or other unsolicited communications.

5. Monitoring and Link Suspension

URLx employs automated and manual monitoring to detect violations of these Terms. We may remove, disable, or suspend any shortened URL at our sole discretion if we determine or have reason to believe it violates these Terms.

If a URL is disabled, you may receive a notification, but we are not obligated to provide advance notice. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

We cooperate with law enforcement and may disclose information about users or URLs in response to legal process, court orders, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

We maintain logs of user activity and may review such logs for security, abuse detection, and legal compliance purposes.

6. Copyright and DMCA

If you believe that any content linked through URLx violates your copyright or intellectual property rights, please send a DMCA notice to our contact email with:
